Son of PPeruvian Camilio. This guy has fleece like a rug with incredible density and crimp. AFD 20 microns in 2001, 25 microns 2004. Always one of our heaviest blankets. 1st place Alpacapalooza 2001. 2nd place at AOBA National Halter Show 2001 and 1st place BigE 2002. His color and fleece qualities will be an addition to anyone's alpaca herd. Alacante's crias have been very fine and beautifully colored.
His first season each of his 7 crias was under 18 microns, one brown cria was 15!
One of his first, Smoke,
was the grey color champion at the NAAS, nad reserve champion at the Empire Show, both Level 5 shows. He has also produced rich brown and true black. His 2005 crias are spectacular and appear on our sales pages.
