Having had a number of Avenger kids, I was very keen to bring Bolivian Avenger east when the opportunity arose in 2003.
He's been a wonderful addition to our suri program.
Avenger has produced every color from white to truest black in his breeding career -- and his offspring have won in the show-ring consistently.
Even now, he has a perfect bite that has never been touched, and he confers that to his offspring.
I never have to even think about the bite when customers ask me to show them a bite on an Avenger son or daughter.
Now, when you run a farm with more than 100 alpacas, having males that produce bites that never require a Dremel is a HUGE bonus!
Avenger's physical structure is compact and he is powerfully built.
Shorn, he's a beaut -- and he relocks every year like a champ!
