Wellington represents the epitome of the direction and the goals of our own North American alpaca industry. He was produced on this continent by a selective breeding between the record-breaking, high-selling alpaca, Accoyo Augusto, mated to a Peruvian dam who exhibits excellence in both fleece and conformation. Believed to be the best offspring of Accoyo Augusto, this documented, domestic-born herdsire truly represents another "step up the ladder." Understandable, he is the highest-selling domestic-born alpaca of all time. He was created for the benefit of the future procress of our North American breeding programs.
