Color Champion - 2008 New England Coastal Classic 1st Place - 2008 New England Coastal Classic 2nd Place - 2008 Empire Extravaganza 2nd Place - 2008 North American Alpaca Show 3rd Place - 2008 Futurity Space Cowboy placed 2nd in a huge class of fawn Juvenile males at the North American. Mike Safley commented that he and the 1st place animal could easily have switched positions on any given day depending on the judge. At Futurity he took a 3rd place behind the Fawn Color Champion in a class of 15! Amanda VandenBosch commented that she thought it was one of the most competitive classes she judged at the show. Placing behind him was the North American Reserve Fawn Color Champion, so Space Cowboy is VERY competitive at the largest shows in the country. It is evident in his photos that his fiber is so bright and well nourished that it shines like a new copper penny! The uniformity is amazing...just look at his neck fiber!!! The stapling and character carries from head to tail. In his pedigree are Hemingway, Bueno, Snowmass Royal Rose, Altiplano Gold, Don Julio, and or course his sire, CCNF Royal Ring Of Fire.
