Remmy is another amazing son out of Lucille and therefore Maximillion's little brother. He really is the complete package - lustrous white fleece with character, density, uniformity and fine soft handle extending well beyond the blanket, excellent proportion and frame and an easy-going lovable personality, all backed by an impressive pedigree of full Peruvian Alianza and Accoyo mix.
July'10 ~ Remmy's 2 yr fiber stats back up what we see in person. Take a look at his histogram!
Nov'09 ~ Remmy placed 6th in a large "highly, highly competitive class" at the Green Mt show. The judge, Jude Anderson, found "very little difference in fineness between the 1st place on through the 6th place".
Oct'10 ~ Remmy placed 2nd out of nine in the 2 yr old class at the Green Mt show.
The judge, Jill MacLeod, said some very fine things about him: nice head type, very correct, fine handling fleece, long staple, fleece is even and uniform.
As a maturing three year old, Remmy is strikingly handsome and his fiber is lovely.
Most of the females on our farm are related to Remmy and our small farm is filled to capacity, otherwise he would be put to work here.
Remmy is the kind of male one can match to almost any female with confidence.
The current fee of $500 for a driveby breeding if an introductory offer.
Remmy is currently bred to three females whose cria will be due in the spring of 2012.
