Shearers

Print

Shearing a herd of alpacas is a big job, usually requiring 3-4 people, so most New England alpaca farmers hire outside shearers. The demand for their services peaks in May when most farms are ready to get the fleeces off their animals. By listing names of these professional shearers, NEAOBA makes no recommendations of them.
