We use a clock radio on a timer tuned to talk radio all night to scare coyotes away from our alpaca herd. Although we live close to the village, it still is Maine and out back there is a lot of cover for coyotes.

Holidays on the Farm! Come visit us and our alpacas in our decorated for the Holiday barn for our annual Alpaca Holiday Tour. Visit and feed the animals, alpacas and dwarf goats. Visit our heated shop and take a trip to the cupola. See demos in spinning, weaving, kids table, needle felting and animal care, or request something you would like to see- Enjoy hot cider, snacks and Holiday music in our festive barn and watch crias play. This event is thru two weekends. However, we are open each weekend October thru Christmas.
